• Teralight has started satellite broadband services in Pakistan and now sells, supports, and maintains Inmarsat-satellite broadband in Pakistan through SatCom.
• Teralight has signed an agreement with a Pakistani Long Distance International operator to support satellite broadband services in Pakistan.

Teralight Ltd receives"1st Telecom Excellence Award" for the year 2005-2006.


Teralight Ltd has been awarded the 1st TELECOM EXCELLENCE AWARD in Enterprise Solution for the year 2005-2006. This award was given during a prestigious ceremony of Telecom Excellence Awards held in Karachi and arranged by the Federal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI). The Awards were distributed by the Minister of State for IT & Telecom, Mr. Ishaq Khakwani.

Teralight, headquartered in Dubai, came to Pakistan’s telecom scene in December 2004, and now, is actively carrying out high-profile projects for leading telecom entities of Pakistan. These include fiber-optic laying, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), centralized call-booking system, site acquisition and BTS sites construction etc.

Teralight is destined to fight Network Fraud and has recently launched a Revenue Assurance Software for the identification and elimination of Illegal traffic terminations.

In addition, Teralight also represents leading telecom solution providers of Europe and North America and is actively involve in the introduction of WIMAX, NGN, Wifi and soft-phone (IP telephony), etc, in Pakistan.
