Tom Wilson founded the holding company, Teralight, Ltd. in 2003. The original Teralight, LLC was founded in 1999. He discovered an opportunity to supply customers with high-quality products and services. Prior to starting the business, he investigated the opportunity and confirmed that this market was not being served efficiently.

In addition, there is a large market for international business and technical consultative professional services, by which Teralight, Ltd. is very active. Such services also include extensive market research, infrastructure development and market development on the behalf of Teralight's client base by Teralight, Ltd. In the last year, the company began to rapidly expand its sales by word of mouth and through the personal efforts of Mr. Wilson and its entire management team.
