My bDrive |
It requires a lot of effort to manage business information
of member based organization such as clients, contacts, e-mails,
company info, events, meetings, seminars, conferences etc. It’s
time-consuming and sometimes confusing to retrieve the required
information on time. Teralight has developed a complete enterprise
solution named bDrive with key features and contents designed
in order to meet the business needs of any organization that treat
data as valuable asset and also want to organize and streamline
their information and contents by using a reliable and secure
information management system. The information can range from
an individual contact to a whole organization’s data.
The enterprise data management software is specifically designed
for member based organizations, institutions, commission, authorities,
clubs, ministries, hotels, restaurants, shopping Center, Vendors,
manufacturers and councils who have client or member interaction.
These organizations need a centralized management system to store
and manage their information of all types which reduces time wastage
as well as the hazard they face in case of a non-centralized mechanism.
Through the powerful features and services of bDrive the organizations
can automate there management system to provide an up to date
and easy to use management solution to its members. The authorized
members can access and use the software in order to manage their
business information in a more organized way which becomes very
difficult if not for the availability of an automated management
system in this context. |
The software application has its two versions:-
1. Desktop Version
2. Web Version

In order to make the application more secure and manageable,
bDrive defines two types of users:-
1. Administrator
2. Member
The Administrator is the privileged user/member of the system
that sometimes behaves like the application manager and has the
right to access those parts of the application that may not be
accessible by the other members. While Members are those users
or organizations, who have successfully got the membership from
organization like SAMENA telecommunication council, by paying
a specified amount as membership fee, laid by SAMENA telecommunication
council’s management, for the use of services provided by
software. The web portal provides the convenience of online payment
through credit card.
Membership is open worldwide to everyone or any entity interested
or involved in telecommunications, broadcasting or any associate
fields. The applicant has to fill in the registration form and
agree to an end user license outlining the terms and conditions
of use of the software to apply for the membership.
Once submitted, the membership request will be routed for authorization
to the bDrive management or administrator. Based on the provided
information, the membership status of an applicant can be accepted,
rejected or pending. The accepted members are the approved members
of the organization like SAMENA council who are successfully registered
to the council. In case of membership acceptance, a confirmation
email will be sent to these applicants with user ID and password
on the email address that he/she specified in the registration
form. Once successfully registered, one can access and use the
services provided by bDrive portal. The pending member is the
one, whose application is still under consideration by the management
to be approved or rejected. While the rejected applicant are those,
who applied for the membership or are already a member of the
SAMENA council but have been disapproved or rejected by the management
of the council due to unsatisfactory information they provide
for the membership, violation to the terms of use of the software
or any other reason.
